The cigars you sent arrived well ahead of time – and are now being enjoyed as Christmas presents by a few who, frankly speaking, don’t deserve such great treatment! Have enjoyed a few of the Diamond Crown “Maximus” and you’re correct – they’re REALLY good. Will enjoy the remaining lot when I spend a couple of weeks in Maui – beginning January 4th. It was a joy talking to you last night. I am so thrilled to find someone with a "customer service" approach to this industry. Most of the retailers I have contacted are pleasant but I often get the feeling they really don't have the time to talk or get to know their customer well enough to recommend cigars tailored to their tastes. I am also very excited to receive my shipment of Hemingway Classics. I feel a real sense of accomplishment that I was able to find not only the cigars but someone I feel confident and happy to do business with.
